The rise follows Xbox CEO Phil Spencer's acknowledgement that Game Pass growth is growing and that it has the potential to cannibalize sales. The Xbox Series X|S is also seeing its price rise in some regions, though not in the U.S. Existing subscribers will see their rates go up on August 13. The price increase will go into effect tomorrow, July 6, for new subscribers.
